I read the aftercare pamphlet that the piercer gave me, and I'm doing what it says. But I have a couple of problems. First, the ball of the ring is, well, it's HUGE. Even when I have it all the way in my nose, I can still kind of see it. I looks like a big metal booger or something. Is the ball that big on all nose rings? (I'll try to take a picture and post it)
And second, the ring keeps sliding down so that the ball is outside of my nose, and that drives me nuts because it'll tickle and vibrate when I move. Plus, it looks stupid. So I have to go and wash my hands, soak my nose a bit, and then try to get it back up in the nostril - which is ridiculous when I'm in class or at work. So I just have to try to gently push it back up there. And whether I soak it or not, it HURTS to try to slide the ring around like that!!
What's going on?? Is this normal?? :S
I don't think it would be a "bad" piercer, because she pierced my eyebrow a few months ago and that worked out great...

It's normal when a piercing is healing to have the jewelry begin to move some on its on. It's not necessary to move the jewelry before it's ready
to move on its own and it's usually best to just let the bead move around to where it wants to rest during the healing process.
