Sooo Im wondering if anyone would know if i would have to take it out for my massaging course or can i leave it in as im massaging with my hands and not my wirst??

Obviously, you are massaging with your hands and not your wrists, but your wrist will be doing a lot of moving in the process. Prolonged movement can cause irritation which can lead to rejection, since it's again drawing your body's attention to the foreign object stuck into it. It'll be up to you, and what your piercing can handle.
