well as pain is an individual thing none of us could say what our worst were and then in hope that you would be able to experience the same feelings.
but just ofr question purposes all mine have relativly been the same pain factor, but individiuality comes into it and i know i have a high pain tolerance. sorry i couldnt be of much help but its such a broad question

Agreed. The one that hurt me the worst was completely nothing to other people.
Everyone is just so different. For curiosity sake any cartilage piercings hurt me the worst. -Wendy   |

My industrial was bad, because apparently cartilage hurt me and it's two holes. Lobes are nothing. I have a standard cartilage and it hurt. I used to have a labret, it hurt a little bit, but only enough to wince. My smiley didn't hurt at all, but the lady couldn't get the jewelry in, and having her struggle with it hurt. It's just a hard to piercing to get a CBR into, I bet barbells are worse.
It depends on you really. Most people tell me their cartilage work is nothing.  I am he who sins, for I do not worship a god. Though, I am a man of principle and enlightenment. The Bible holds at least one passage worth reading: 1 John 3:18. |

Like Emma and Wendy said, pain is incredibly relative. However, to answer your question, my rook hurt the most to get done, and my tragus was the most sore afterward (due to movement whenever I talk and smile.)
Honestly though, don't worry about pain, the worst part about piercings (usually) is the worry/stress before you get it done, after that you're so excited about the new hole that the pain is worth it. Have fun! Time is the fire in which we burn. |

The same here, actually! My rook was the worst, but wasnt too bad. My nape was the least painful I've had, the only pain being when the needle broke the skin when exiting, and at that, it was nothign I couldn't handle.

Well like everybody said, everyone is different, but when it comes to me, the first piercing, that hurt, were nipples(the second one anyways). The other ones were a breeze...

Out of my eyebrow, nostril & industrial, I'd say that the industrial hurt the worst only because it was two piercings and it took more manuevering to get the jewelry in and that's always a bit sore.
I agree with Naiya - the worst part about piercings is the worrying beforehand. I get myself so worked up over the supposed pain that I'm all but hyperventilating before I go in. But once they do it, you realize it's not that bad and you wouldn't have really cared if it was that bad because your awesome new piercing is worth it! I'll try being nicer if you try being smarter |

ear cartilage. it didnt hurt while doing it, but 2 days before the cartilage got pierced, it sure hert as hell. it caused me even more pain during piercing traumas

Now, for me... my nose didn't even hurt so that shows you right there that it varies for each person.
My industrial hurt like hell though...  However, it's my favorite piercing that I have. It was well worth it.Don't let pain get in your way with any piercing you want to get... It's worth it in the end. |

I dont think any of mine hurt to bad when actualy getting pieced until after.After i had my tongue pierced the swelling and blood trickling down into my belly was enough to make me puke 3 mornings in a row.A close secong would be the throbbing pain i had 4 days latter with my tragus piercing.

My cartlidge hurt the most.... sadly I had to loose that piercing some time ago but I am going to get it done again soon

nipple hurt me the most, helix after that. tongue was definitly the easiest! eyebrow, labret and belly all hurt around the same

it really does vary for each individual.
i've had my belly button done twice (before 2 babies and 3 pregnancies and a thyroid problem... no need for them anymore, hahaha) and I have my ear cartlidge, my tongue, and just recently my nose done. i did the ear cartlidge myself - I do NOT advise of that. lol... you can imagine the self torture... lol. but it didn't hurt too bad. everyone told me that the tongue wouldn't hurt at all. "you won't even feel it" they said... THEY LIED!!!  i would rather have 10 babies at one time then to get my tongue peirced again. Back in November 2005, I was in the hospital, giving birth to our premature stillborn baby, and they made me take my tongue ring out before they would give me an epidural. i begged and begged for them to let me leave it in, but they said it was a safety hazard. anyways, to make a long story short... in the 14 hour time frame that i had it out, the top part of the hole healed up... so putting it back in was no fun! yea... i had to pop that badboy back through and basically re-peirce it with my tongue ring... yea... that freaking hurt! it took me 3 hours to do it, but i finally did. And my husband is really greatful that I did and then on the topic of my nose... I didn't even freakin feel it until she put the jewlery in... but even that was just a little pulling feeling. no pain. but like it's already been stated. everyone's pain threshold is different. i've given birth 3 times... so i've developed a high tolerance to pain. lol. i also enjoy pain. 6 tats and in line to get 4 more in the near future. i am also planning on getting my labrete and eyebrow done, and possibly a monroe... so you could say i am addicted. yea... i like pain. but the only real way to know if it hurts (you) or not, or how it feels, is to get it done. if you don't like it, you can always take it out. |

I just got three in my navel at once and the top didn't hurt as much as the two bottom ones did. The pain goes away fast.
